 Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It is very important to eat healthy and eating a healthy breakfast is fairly easy to do. Breakfast foods can be anything from elaborate to plain and simple.

The elaborate healthy breakfast food would include substitute eggs, turkey bacon, toast with a low fat spread and a serving of fresh fruit. The plain and simple breakfast would include a bowl of cereal with low fat milk and a piece of toast with a low fat spread.

For the person on the go, an easy breakfast could be a low fat muffin. Muffins are nutritious and easy to eat. They can be freshly baked the night before too so that you can just grab one in the morning and go.

Sometimes I eat my breakfast foods for dinner. This makes a good meal if you are in a hurry because it is fairly easy to cook. Scrambled eggs sandwiches, toasted western sandwiches, both using substitute eggs, are good choices for a dinner.

Substitute eggs can be purchased at most grocery stores these days. They are usually in a little carton and are usually located in the dairy section.

Make your breakfast a meal that the whole family sits down to whenever they can. It is a good way to start the day as far as eating healthy and eating breakfast together good way to keep up with what is going on with other family members in this fast-paced world we live in.
