Kevin Trudeau

I have seen Kevin Trudeau on several infomercials on television in the past several years. He always laid claim that the drug industry doesn't tell us about things we need to stay healthy. I always wondered if this guys was on the up-and-up.

If there were so many cures for all our ailments why wouldn't we know about it. Why would the government not want us to be healthy? Why would they keep these secrets from us? Just so someone like Kevin Trudeau can come around and try to get us to spend our hard-earned money on some report.

I never fall for these infomercials. I'm one of the people that sit there and watch them and laugh and say to myself, "that will never work, how can they stand there and lie to us like that?" The only way I would believe that something from an infomercial worked would be to actually try them out. Unfortunately for the infomercial industry, I just don't have the money to waste on buying all the stuff. The funny thing is though, I have been able to live my life just fine without all those gadgets and health aids they sell.

Today, while doing some research on the internet, I came across an article that stated that Kevin Trudeau has been ordered by a federal judge to pay more than $37 million for misrepresenting the contents of one of his books.

Kevin Trudeau has had problems with credit card scams in the past too. I am not surprised that he was charged with misrepresentation and I am glad that he was ordered to pay all that money back. I am not surprised in the least. I'm only sorry that so many people fell for such scams.
