Pretty Flowers

Do you think flowers beautify your surroundings?

I definitely think that flowers beaufiy your surroundings. I love going for a drive and seeing wildflowers growing in fields. I often get my husband to pull over, grab my camera and start wandering through the field to get a picture of the nice flowers. I have seen lots of wild roses, daffodils, lilacs, tulips and daisies growing in the wild.

I don't like to pick wildflowers. I would much rather take a picture because pictures will last forever. Once you pick a flower, it is the end of its life.

I have a few flowers growing in my yard. I have two rose bushes, some daisies and some pansies. The pansies are actually wild and we just noticed that they are growing again this year. I was really excited to see them. Pansies are a pretty flower with a tinge of purple and a splash of yellow on each petal. They grow close to the ground but they do seem to be a pretty hardy flower.

I do love flowers and I think this world needs more of them growing. It brightens up my day and it brightens up our lawn too.
